Choosing and Selecting Proper Spiritually Matured Leaders for the Church Committee Looking After the Congregation Members According to Jesus’ Point of View Counselling Each Committee Member as a Spiritual Mentor Cooperate with the Committee Members to Fulfill their Duty in the Church Should be a Teacher, Preacher, Counsellor, Spiritual Mentor, Loving and Kind to Everyone Keeping a Good Relationship with Other Pastors and Leaders as much as Possible

Collecting Receipts, Church Money and Keeping Proper Account Books Recording Weekly the Amounts of Tithes, Offerings and Donations in Correct Book Depositing Weekly Collection into Bank Account Accumulating Total Weekly Collections & Giving them Monthly to the Administrator

Attend Board Meetings Prepare Weekly Schedule of Church Service Duties Manage Fellowship Decisions for Various Events

Look after the Church building and everything in it (including sound system, instruments, wi-fi, walls, chairs, projector, wires, sugar, tin milk, lights, plates, cups, etc.). Inspect, determine and verify the physical necessities of the Church every week. When needed, purchase missing supplies for the Church. Change and alter the interior design and setup of the church when desired or needed. Cooperating with the Pastor & Treasurer to provide supplies for special events. Accountable of monthly petty cash given by Treasurer.

Provide counselling, prayer, and care to the congregation’s Spiritual life. Provide advice to the Board Members. Prepare Biblical studies. Build strong Spiritual relationships with the congregation.

Preparing financial reports for the Pastor, the Board, and the Apostolic Church. Preparing and submitting financial reports to the Board every 3 months. Preparing and distributing the contribution of tithe receipts for income tax refund purposes in proper format by the end of February as required by CRA (Canada Revenue Agency). Cooperating with the Pastor to prepare the Church annual budget. Responsible for official records and correspondences with the Congregation and the Board. Keeping true and accurate reports of official meetings. Recording meetings with audio device to support accurate reports. Having complete knowledge of the Church constitution and bylaws.

Update Church Website, Social Media & Database Regularly. Co-operating with Board Members for Various Affairs & Tasks. Communicate & Fellowship with Youth Members. Co-operate and build Relationships with other Youth Ministries in the Community. Be Familiar with Major Global News, Crisis, Christian Persecutions & Events. Analyze & Develop Various Tools for Social Media & the Website. Accountable on Current Logistic Information regarding Church at every Board Meeting.
